A reminder of why horror died in the 80's - 3 out of 5 (10/13/2003)
The best thing about NEON MANIACS was the tagline that adorned the original poster. It read "When night falls, so do their victims."
But beyond that, the movie is a muddled mess. It's one of those movies that probably looked great on paper, but an extended shoot mixed with a short budget and cast and crew departures midfilm make it one of the worst horror films of the 80's.
